BE IT KNOWN, The Subscriber, has given The Box Truck Network LLC. (hereafter referred to as “BTN”) all correct information for the subscription process. The requested information is found under the SUBSCRIBE NOW section on this website and will be solely used for verification purposes.

Some services are charged on an one month rolling calendar. Others are charged on an annual basis. If Subscriber wishes to cancel services, they may do so at any time, however, all they shall have access to their services until the end of the subscription for that month. No Refunds are given once a new month of service begins.

Box Truck Subscription Fees: All fees are listed on the front page and individual

plan pages on the website. All fees are subject to change.

I, the subscriber, authorize The Box Truck Network LLC to charge my credit card above for agreed upon purchases. I understand that my information will be saved to file for future transaction on my account.

Disclaimer:

1. Payment is required each month to receive access to the Box Truck Network. If card is declined for any reason, we will make a reasonable effort you reach you to update the information, so services can continue uninterrupted. Please notify us as soon as possible if your method of payment changes from the information provided above. 2. Refunds for services are handled in our refund policy below. 3. Any holder of this consumer credit contract is subject to all claims and defenses which the debtor could assert against the seller of goods and services obtained pursuant hereto or with the proceeds hereof. 4. You, the subscriber, acknowledge that the number provided is solely yours or the company that you represent and you have authority to sign up for this service. 5. Subscriber agrees to handle subscribe and unsubscribe issues directly with BTN directly.

REFUND/CREDIT POLICY

Our refund policy for any subscriptions are as listed below: Background Checks: No refund given. Safety Packets: No refunds given. Load Boards: Monthly Policy: 100% refund on the 1st day. No refund on any monthly plan after the 2nd day. Quarterly Plan: 100% refund given on months 2 & 3 less a $15.00 cancellation fee. Yearly Plan: PRORATED after used month(s) less a $15.00 cancellation fee. This has been updated August 4, 2020 LOAD CONNECT Board:  CREDIT: Only Credits are allowed on a case by case basis where a service is suspended or cancelled by The Box Truck Network. This is only allowed where the client does not want a refund or cancellation of its membership.
